What happens in the Initial Assessment?

During your initial assessment with me, we’ll go over your medical history, current symptoms, and any areas of pain or discomfort you're experiencing. I’ll perform a physical exam, checking your posture, range of motion, and how you move. I may also do specific tests to assess your muscles, joints, and nervous system. Based on what we find, I’ll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals.

What does a subsequent appointment include?

In our sessions together, I use a combination of techniques like targeted adjustments, soft tissue therapy, laser therapy, cupping, taping, and custom exercises to help reduce pain, improve your mobility, and support your healing process. Every treatment is personalized, designed to help you move better, feel better, and ultimately live better.

We’ll work together to find the right approach for you, blending the therapies that ease your pain and strengthen your body. With my background in personal training, I enjoy creating a tailored rehabilitation program that fits your unique needs and helps you reach your full potential.
